NVQ level 2 - Unit BT 12 - Extend and Maintain Nails

To complete an NVQ in Unit BT 12 at level 2 you will be required to demonstrate knowledge and practical competence in the following;

• Fibreglass nail techniques
• Natural nail wraps
• Hygiene procedures
• Code of ethics
• Health and Safety
• Anatomy and Physiology
• Portfolio details
  

This course is very demanding and will require extra reading, work and case studies on real clients to be completed at home through out the course of the term.

Assessment

There will be 4 Practical assessments and a written exam at the end of the course.

• New set of natural overlays
• New set of tip overlays
• Repair and maintain natural overlays
• Repair and maintain tip overlays

You Will Need

Uniform of white tunic with white or black trousers, low healed fully enclosed white or black shoes and nail kit.
